the Meetings
Sahaja Meditation is an "inner
yoga". The process of becoming a more relaxed and balanced person
requires no physical or mental effort.
We usually begin the evening
with a guided meditation, where everyone in the room enjoys a peaceful
state of silence and calm. The evening includes a brief explanation
about one aspect of the meditation. Hands-on demonstrations allow beginners
to quickly master the techniques of Sahaja Meditation.
Our main goal is that everyone
experiences the peace and enjoyment of true meditation.

What to bring, what
to wear
Wear comfortable clothing.
Many people find it comfortable to remove their shoes when they are
meditating. We sit on chairs. You can bring a folder to keep your weekly
handouts in, if you like.
