the Meetings
We usually begin the meeting
with a guided meditation, where everyone in the room enjoys a relaxed
state of silence and calm.
Hands-on demonstrations
allow beginners to quickly master the techniques of Sahaja Meditation.
The meeting may include a brief explanation about one aspect of the
meditation.
Sahaja Meditation is an inner
yoga. It is a very enjoyable feeling of being with oneself, in the present,
in reality.
People who try
the meditation at home every day become more relaxed and balanced. No
physical or mental effort is required.

What to bring, what
to wear
Wear comfortable clothing.
Many people find it comfortable to remove their shoes when they are
meditating. It is not necessary to sit on the floor to meditate; most
of us sit on chairs.
